Pilot agreement (summary)
One-page overview for early-access customers. A signed order form may replace this for your organization.
1. Scope
Attu provides a hosted training platform: module authoring, assignments, learner access, and basic reporting during the pilot period.
2. Pilot term
The pilot runs for the period agreed in writing (typically 30–90 days) from account activation unless extended by both parties.
3. Data & confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential. Customer content remains the customer's; we process it only to deliver the service.
4. Support
Email support during business hours. Pilot features may change as we improve the product; we will communicate breaking changes when possible.
5. Fees
Pilot pricing is agreed before start. Unless stated otherwise, fees are invoiced monthly and exclude applicable taxes.
6. End of pilot
Either party may end the pilot with written notice as agreed. Upon termination, customer may export reports and we will delete or return data per the data processing terms.
